Training and Program Development – Developed and presented numerous conflict resolution programs including Diversity, Family Group Conferencing and 40-hour Basic Mediation.Advanced mediator training and experience includes; Special Education, Individual Education Program (IEP) Facilitator Training, IEP Facilitator Train the Trainer.

Program development, board development, fund acquisition and budget accountability for a nonprofit agency that is funded by the Michigan Supreme Court and is administered by the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) to provided mediation services to nine of Michigan’s Mid-Region Counties. Initiated programs included; Pilot programs in the Genesee County Family Court and Truancy Mediation. Managed an office staff of five and volunteer staff of 150, including development of the agencies employee policy and procedure handbook. Manage the agencies bookkeeping records including preparation of the yearly budget as part of the annual grant application process. Administered the 40-hour Community Mediator Training approved by SCAO. Develop and administer various conflict resolution programs. Also developed numerous outreach presentations and workshops.
