Managed a diverse team of 200 cast members. Was responsible for managing 8 different food & beverage locations. Daily responsibilities including being aware of labor costs and adjusting the number of working cast members to maximize productivity. Worked on marketing and execution of new products at two different locations.

Assist Guests check in and out of the hotel. Complete tasks in the Front Desk Area of the hotel. Organize and keep track of data in the hotels guest registry system. Ensure guests maintain 100% satisfaction with their stay, and recovering from any disatisfaction. Also manage Hot Food and Cold Beverages offered in the evening. Serve Alcoholic Beverages to guests during our "5:30 Kickback" Cook for the guests staying in the hotel rotating the menu daily.

Completed tasks within the bakery for several resorts/restaurants. Designed and created a dessert to present to the Executive Chef, Sous Chef of the Bakery as well as several other distinguished Restaurant Chefs. Checked and kept status of inventory in the bakery for daily supplies. Learned new skills in the bakery and worked on pace and time management. Was offered a full time position but chose to return to Johnson & Wales to finish my Bachelors Degree.

Experiential Education & Career Services Front Office Assistant. Assisted students in selecting and applying for Co-op and Externship oportunities in their Sophmore and Senior years. Created documents for Recruitment events. Contacted companies to invite them to such events. Kept a record of attending companies, registry, invoices and data for recruitment events. Created and kept track of Work Study student schedules, pay periods and pay checks.

Experiential Education & Career Services Assisted in daily tasks in a Proffessional Office at Johnson & Wales University. Assisted in setting up and breaking down event area's for job fairs, and recruitment events for visiting companies including, Marriot, Compass Group and Disney. Filed papers, printed, copied faxed and attained skills in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excell.
