As Assistant Production Manager I was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production facility as well as keeping clear communications with the store front to understand and meet customer needs. I was also responsible for creating the training manual, recipe books, standard operating procedures and organizing the roles of different floor positions. I worked closely with both the management team as well as the production team to ensure orders were being fulfilled and the store was stocked.

Working as a server in a busy restaurant helped me to become an expert in interpersonal relations. My job was to be a conduit between the guest and the kitchen through clear communication. I prided myself on anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs. Many guests had very specific dietary needs and it was my pleasure to make sure that they had a safe and enjoyable experience while at our restaurant through understanding their needs and the abilities of the kitchen staff.I enjoyed training new employees on our expectations, standards, and delivering delightful experiences to our customers.
