► Design website, brochures, business cards, letterheads and other various marketing materials upon request for start-up company

MARKETING COORDINATOR► Implement new lunch menu and happy hour specials, designed menu and lunch cards, and promoted throughout local town► Design various table tents, banners and flyers for upcoming specials and holidays► Design and work with liquor companies to print new drink menus including daily specials► Maintain website and social media, including: Facebook, Instagram and Twitter► Work with and set up Restaurant.com, Groupon, Miami New Times Deal of the Day and Online Ordering with LivingSocial.com to help increase revenue► Manage street teams for promotions► Plan and coordinate 10-year Anniversary Party – Including booking bands, hiring entertainment and promoting using local resourcesMANAGER► Oversee all operations at the bar including hiring, staffing, scheduling, etc.► Review inventory, manage money, order supplies and ensure that the bar meets standards and health inspection and regulations► Work with various liquor and beer representatives on sponsorships and promotions ► Up-to-date on local, state and federal regulations for the sale and distribution of alcohol (Responsible Vendor, Manager Certified)► Consistent walk-throughs of the restaurant to regulate customer satisfaction and appearance of the restaurant► Expo, Food Run, Bus, Barback and Host as necessaryBARTENDER► Greet, Serve and Suggestively Sell guests at the bar► Pour drinks - a vast knowledge of standard measurement pours ► Set up and maintain a clean and professional looking bar – fill ice bins, cut fruit, general stocking (bar, liquor, wine, napkins…) ► Daily cleaning sidework► Communicate with various other crew members – kitchen, servers, managers, fellow bartenders, and security► Handle cash and credit card transactions and liable for a large amount of money and inventory for the time worked

►Identify and assess client goals to create successful and specific strategies to include; national print, online, email, trade advertising and sponsorships ► Monitor media plans from start to finish, communicate account status, effectiveness, and build client reports with campaign results► Develop and manage Search Engine Marketing plans, including: Ad word campaigns, landing page campaigns, and site content optimization ►Create, implement and track the effectiveness of all direct marketing, online advertising and communications materials: creative ideas, copywriting and proofreading (media kits, display ads, branding messages, and online banners, etc.) ►Create, update and maintain advertising pages on websites►Prepare advertising contracts for clients►Research new business development initiatives on a daily basis►Create, update and maintain database of accounts/clients
