This inspired my transition into the non-profit world, where I’ve successfully managed programs and initiatives like Virtual STEM Labs and Equipando Padres, positively impacting thousands of students and families. In my current role as Senior Director of Research & Impact, I lead a talented team to develop innovative programs and data-driven strategies that enhance educational access, professional development, and organizational growth. I am passionate about translating insights into actionable outcomes, whether creating dashboards for informed decision-making, designing engaging content, or fostering collaborations between academic and industry partners.I am also dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, leveraging my DEI certification to create spaces where everyone can thrive.
