Since matriculating from Reddam House College in 2015 I have worked in various roles, largely project management and customer relations. I believe in building strong relationships and tailoring suitable solutions which ultimately deliver excellent customer management, service and retention, understanding the correlation in contributing to bottom line income.Having participated in many community-based initiatives, this has rounded me as a person and improved my softer business skills-set.I am organized with excellent communication and presenting skills. I have added value to the businesses I have worked in by sharing my innovative ideas whilst delivering consistently on set objectives. I am constantly striving for self-improvement and I too, am committed to the pursuit of excellence and proactively up-skill wherever I can and need to. Whether it be through further studies or self-based growth.
