Counseled buyer on product distribution and placement as well as determining the most effective category layout for all new/remodeled/relocated stores based on store size, category location and target store shopper’s demographic profile.

Developed best practice methodologies for working with retailer’s shopper card data as P&G’s first resource dedicated to integrating shopper-based measures into standard sales process with retailers. Facilitated qualitative research with consumers including in-home and in-store shopper intercepts, focus groups and one-on-one interviews. Negotiated a $6M multi-year contract with external data provider. Developed and facilitated shopper card data trainings for sales analysts across four retail teams, and managed a team of analysts located throughout the U.S., including new hires and interns.During my time in this role I also created and led the organization development work for a 100 member, geographically diverse organization, which included restructuring, teambuilding, on-boarding of new members, recognition dinners and community service events. Presented work to board members. After execution, this organization was ranked in the Top 3 teams for outstanding culture in a P&G employee survey.I also took ownership of a North America GROW Coaching course in 2009. Over the 8 years I led this course, I improved the content and re-structured the course. Recruited and trained new facilitators. Taught employees in manufacturing facilities, sales organizations and other departments. Expanded course Puerto Rico and Canada and maintained a score of 4.5+ out of 5 in participant evaluations.
