Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant IIIDEXX Laboratories2014 – PresentPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Increase diagnostic hospital revenue year over year in a highly competitive territory• Sell real time care diagnostic equipment including CBC and chemistry In house analyzers and diagnostic tests and services to DVM's to aid in quick, reliable and accurate diagnosis as well as maintain and grow focus on reference lab tests for diagnosing sick patients and wellness screening. • Increase utilization of in-house diagnostic tests & assays, instrument consumables and reference laboratory profiles & advanced tests for territory customer base.• Achieve aggressive quarterly and annual revenue and growth goals through new account acquisition , existing account development through partnering and continually educating on new testing capabilities, and products and services. • Educate and train doctors and veterinary clinic staff on diagnostic tools , products, services & marketing initiatives, including elevating issues to customer service when appropriate.• Attend conferences, and other educational events.• Achieve, maintain and continually expand my veterinary medical & technical knowledge and verbal fluency of industry and IDEXX products and services.• Define and verify customer needs and expectations. Find solutions and when necessary, communicate customer needs/issues to marketing organization and business unit manager, including recommendations of modifying service levels, product and program enhancements and aiding in enhancing hospital testing protocols to current modern day standards.
