Director of Operations Catawba, NC FacilityGlobal Outside Plant Cable LeadI joined CommScope in 1994. I have held a wide variety of positions in multiple facilities throughout my career to include; project manager, process engineer, quality supervisor, and various operations manager roles. I have lead projects/initiatives in many of CommScope’s international sites. In January 2017, I became Director of Operations for CommScope’s facility in Catawba, NC. I am responsible for all site operations to include personnel safety, maintenance, engineering, quality, continuous improvement, and production. In July 2020 I assumed the role of Director, Global Manufacturing Engineering for the Broadband Division of Commscope. In this role, I work hand in hand with business leadership to ensure our global Broadband operations are working together on a common engineering strategy that is in line with corporate objectives.In May 2021 I transitioned to AMES Copper Group as General Manager.
