Through my work over the years as a customer service and contact centre leader, I am inspiring and equipping individuals and organizations to create that world.My journey has involved working with great teams in satisfying clients at 4 leading health insurance organizations. I led a team of around 30 contact centre representatives, operating 24 hours daily, in authorizing care and resolving enquiries for all the organization's members across 2,000+ providers nationwide.
