Markkman is a Mexican promotional material startup where I led three areas (Procurement, Fulfillment and Branding), managing over +50 projects at a time and 15 direct reports. Made the purchasing process more efficient by mapping and measuring the milestone activities, generating savings of 15% on orders greater than 100k Mexican pesos. Reduce the amount of waste and rework by 20%, and improve the quality of suppliers by implementing evaluations per order.I was a key user in implementing SAP, being the link with the developer to adjust the system to our needs and internal processes.Led the warehouse and fulfillment process improvement, which helped lower our turnaround times and improved our Fulfillment program's great perception of our client.

Alianta (SAVI) is a Mexican distributor of pharmaceutical products, where I coordinated more than ten launches of generic products for the city government. I led implementing processes and helped evaluate and propose new business opportunities.I was the PMO of each project coordinating the launch process from the product selection (by attending CPHI and other pharma business forums worldwide) until the delivery at the distribution centers, achieving shorter times than the industry average.

Main responsibilities: - Define two and 4 yrs. Product Portfolio Strategic Plan for private and government market. - Analyze, Select and Negotiate Supply and Distribution Agreements according to market requirements (therapeutic areas and dosage forms) and supplier capabilities (CMO, Generics, Novel combinations…) - Review, evaluate and analyze the Pharmaceutical Mexican Industry performance and trends through IMS, KNOBLOCH, INEFAM, COFEPRIS and IMPI databases.

Sandoz is the generic business unit of Novartis. I coordinated the launch of ten new annual products; I worked side by side with the different areas of the company (Regulatory, Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance and Warehouse) to achieve the launch on time. The products are manufactured in facilities worldwide, and I was the primary contact between them and the Mexican branch.
