Brought in new business such as Natural History Museum which became a master vendor contract. Drafted in to the Peabody Housing Trust contract to help with hiring and payments process with another master vendor. I supported two consultants helping them to produce weekly reports for the management and dealing with payments for candidates. Dealt with queries, questions and payment for temps ensuring that they are paid on time, correctly and that any issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. I introduced a new process for the payments procedure eradicating all of the payment issues that had come up previous to my employment (previously only 65% were paid on time and correctly this was improved to 90%). Liaised with clients securing jobs and good margins for both the client and Hays, ensuring a smooth transition with no issues. Resourced relevant sectors to build a portfolio of candidates who were available to work in various roles. Interviewed candidates. Developed strong sales skills.

Helped increase profits by introducing a point's system with another co-worker to help moral and in turn boost sales.

Safeways/Morrisons Stacked shelves and helped customers. Moved on to scratch bakery as part of a team ensuring all bread was made scratch baked and was on the shelves by the stores opening time. Increased efficiency in the bakery by 50% by introducing time saving procedures with my manager which in turn increased profitability 75%. This made us the second most profitable bakery in the area even though we were the smallest.
