I am a person who understands others. I know what it is like to have a bad day, but I also know how to cheer others up. I thoroughly enjoy Church, Golfing, and doing other community-oriented activities. I am the definition of an extrovert, and I love being surrounded by people, regardless of the context or scenario. I started work when I was 16 at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Springfield, Missouri. This was my first job, and it taught me patience, grit, perseverance, and helped me develop a sense of urgency in the workplace. I have always been a hard worker, and this job only improved my ability to outwork my peers.After this, I moved on to a retail position at Menards, Inc. I accepted a cashier position in May of 2020, and got promoted to a Head Cashier (Operations Supervisor) role in July of 2020. Since then, I have been recognized as Team Member of the Week (Week of January 16, 2021), Service Hero of the Month (June 2022), and received several nominations for Team Member of the Year (2022). I will be working at this position until graduation in May of 2023.
