Worked closely with senior corporate and operating executives to devise long-term strategies, evaluate and develop new businesses, and analyze merger and acquisition opportunities.• Executed $2.6 bil sale of ABC Radio, $30 mil purchase of Indian cable channel Hungama TV and strategic investment in UTV, and $75 mil sale of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim NHL hockey team.• Focused primarily on Disney’s technology, broadcasting, consumer products, and overall corporate initiatives. • Managed Corporate Strategic Five Year Plan; forecasted financials and identified key challenges and growth areas.

Worked with case team on cost optimization project for global information technology outsourcing company. Proposed initiatives to increase collaboration across multiple business units and reduce procurement costs. Evaluated potential savings opportunities and developed action plans to implement recommendations.
