Production Supervisor
- Direct supervisor of assigned line production staff (approximately 20-65).
- Verify daily & weekly payroll timesheets for all employees in the department as assigned.
- Responsible for daily and weekly paperwork such as attendance, vacation requests, disciplinary action, and yield & production reporting.
- Familiar with machinery in the assigned department.
- Ensure all product produced is of the highest level and standard of quality.
- Physically inspect products for both naturally occurring and processing defects.
