Configuring Active Directory-Responsible for creating and managing user accounts, access control, file sharing and group policy-Resolved network issues – Routers, switches access points, firewalls, VPN, DNS, work with ISP-Office 365 administration. Exchange 2010 - 2016, Office 365 full migration & hybrid setup. Supporting Dynamics 365, Azure Active Directory & Azure backups, licensing & subscription management, device policies-Email filtration policies in Office 365 and Barracuda-Mobile device management using Microsoft Office 365 / Azure, MobileIron-Administered enterprise anti-virus infrastructure (McAfee, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, Symantec, Webroot, ESET). Automated deployment & updates. Managed drive encryption, policy enforcement, exclusion lists-Managed documentation in knowledgebase regarding support procedures & guides, technical standards, infrastructure & networking information, applications, vendors and other related info-Tracking and monitoring IT assets, ensuring compliance with policy and generating reports-Monitor ticket queue, ensuring SLA’s are met. Prioritizing client satisfaction while providing prompt incident resolution, with proper documentation.
