CEO & Clinical Director of The Mental Haven located in Montgomery, AL.I oversee the practice, as well as develop the clinical department through tasks such as hiring, evaluating, scheduling, and supervision. As Clinical Director, I develop, plan, and monitor strategies to manage that practice's growth and ensure the practice's sustainability. I review program services and change them as necessary to meet clients’ needs. I make sure that all staff is kept up to date on policies, changes within the agency, and are willing and capable of completing their jobs efficiently.
