The mission of Life Time Fitness is to provide entertaining, educational, friendly, and inviting experiences of uncompromising quality that empower everyone to live a healthy, happy life. Pennsylvanians For Modern Courts, or PMC, is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that works to help citizens navigate the court system. We do this by creating and providing educational resources and by advocating for judicial reforms centered around inclusion and access to justice. As the Civics Education Program Coordinator, I pioneered the implementation of PMC's program through an action-packed and incredibly successful 2023-2024 school year!Achievements and Responsibilities:-Partnered with 16 middle and high schools across Philadelphia and Delaware County since October 2023 to provide civics programming for upwards of 250 students -Managed a network of 28 volunteer lawyers and judges -Coordinated yearly schedule for civics program with school and volunteer partners -Created lesson plans and curriculum to be used in the classroom (on topics such as the 3 branches of government, PA & U.S Courts, judicial selection, jury service, environmental justice, juvenile justice, criminal processes and trials, civil rights, etc)-Cultivated relationships with students by attending school programs and helping to teach lessons- Represented PMC at community partner meetings, coalition meetings, board meetings, etc-Designed a new section of PMC's website and various program flyers -Conducted qualitative research of the effectiveness of the program

Mint House is an innovative hotel company that combines the comforts of home with the modern luxury of a hotel. Mint House uses smart technology to ensure a unique and personal stay.Responsibilities: -Managed all internal and external reservations across several different services-Provided clear and concise communication to guests, in-house employees, and virtual teams-Mediated all guest issues and maintained comprehensive knowledge of the area-Handled large weddings, parties, conferences, events, etc.

Neiman Marcus provides a luxury shopping experience that attends to all of a customer’s wants and needs. Being a sales advisor in the dress collections department requires knowledge about beautiful and expensive designer pieces, understanding the nuances of event seasons, and marketing the store to cultivate new customer relationships and build upon established ones. Our goal was to become a customer’s preferred contact when shopping for weddings, galas, benefits, etc. They are not just events but important experiences that represent life achievements and sentimental periods and that harbor all sorts of emotions. In this way, the dress collections department was more than just selling a dress, it was about helping others to feel their best.
