Senior Project Manager (Broadcast & A/V System)
Manage Avid Production Editing System, Digital Asset Management & Master Control Automation deployment at customer site consisting of variety of Audio/video products that included Data Storage, Broadcast Video servers, & Newsroom Systems (I-News).Collaborate with internal & External teams to define milestones and direct the engagement between all parties.Manage overall financial targets and timeline milestones for all responsible engagements, delivering profitable customer experiences. Oversees schedules and revenue forecasting to ensure goal attainment.Manage program metrics, including change orders and labor utilization. Monitors and measure the health of the project indicator to facilitate escalations or competing interests to assist in driving resolutions. Manage risk, identify potential risks, and communicate with project leadership to establish mitigation plans to eliminate or reduce risk factors.Gather requirements, work with solutions engineers align stories into workflow, carry out sprints and making sure stories are within scope and as agreed too, create project timelines to deliver on time and within budget. Manage onsite project resources & final product deployment, testing and cut over. Was based in EMEA for 1 year as part of Program Managers to manage Al Jazeera’s MAM project in Doha, Qatar
