Three referenceable clients. • Led customer insight product and services offerings for financial services industry (banking, wealth management and insurance). Built alliances with specialized firms for customer insights tools and technologies to complement current offerings.• Led closing of complex analytics deals focused on segmentation, demonstrating how analytics directly impacted top and bottom lines.• Positioned IBM consulting services with one of the world’s largest bank’s commercial credit card global data warehouse and analytics design division, resulting in significant additional revenue. • Led an analytics proof of concept for multiple global banks, developing machine learning models to identify and automate general ledger adjustment of approximately $1 Trillion in monthly unreconciled balances.• Responsible for signings, revenue and P&L of Customer Insight for Banking offering.• Negotiated and signed IBM alliance contract (marketing, implementation and revenue-sharing) with Segmint, LLC.• Closed two marketing analytics deals with an insurance company.

• Built IBM big data and analytics technology practice from inception to 25 team members consisting of go-to-market Associate Partners and Executive Architects.
