Using ITIL as a model, managed IT incident and requests as a Technical Analyst supporting several government ministries and private corporations. Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Backup Exec, Terminal Services and custom applications included in this environment. Resolved difficulties with Nortel, Cisco, and Aventail VPNs as well as Citrix access to.

Supported customers at a large Internet Service Provider as a Technical Analyst. Troubleshooted ADSL, dialup and cable connections on both Windows and Macintosh platforms. Worked directly with upstream providers to restore service after outages. Monitored and resolved issues with email and hosted websites, including email alias administration and domain.
