Job Description:• RNP Engineer for East Java region.• Perform Pre–survey for Siemens (East Java Region) – Telkomsel Project: - Reviews coordinate nominal and propose the best location based on objectives coverage. - Define search area radius, antenna type, and antenna height and type of BTS. - Feasibility sites based on initial plan for respective area.• Perform Technical Site Survey (TSS) for GSM900 & DCS1800 for Siemens (East Java Region) in Telkomsel Project: - Define antenna type, antenna azimuth, antenna height, BTS type, EIRP, feeder type, etc. - Determine candidates and site ranking. - Coordination with Siemens Infra-structure, Site Acquisition (SITAC), & Telkomsel area.• Accommodate customer requirements based on respective area involved with joint planning session (Network Design) in area.• Updating progress report to Siemens national RNP manager.• Reporting problems related network design and give alternative solution.• Generate Site Acquisition Request Form (SARF) which consists of nominal point, antenna height, TRX configuration, antenna type, antenna azimuth.• Generate weekly coverage plot.• Coordinate meeting with customer (Telkomsel) to review the site design on DRM.
