Staffed and Trained Used Car departments in all 3 locations, Saturn certification process, developed and maintained relationships with multiple Service Departments. Managed wholesale profit and loss for all 3 locations, Maintained within $100+/- on Wholesale. Stocked retail units for all 3 stores, evaluated trades for profitability through market research. Only buyer for three locations, retailing >100 cars a month, including travel to in and out of state auctions for product, utilized GM smart auction, Manheim OVE, and Adessa. Extremely familiar with all announcements, Carfax, Autocheck, Power searches.

Duties included, but not limited to the day to day operations of Used Car department, appraising of trades in new car department, watchful of retail inventory standing tall and up to Saturn Certifications standards, Worked with service department for Reconditioning. Trained and managed staff. -2003 Market Area team member of the Year. -Increased Used Car Sales 15%. Grossed $2800 per unit.
