Final work for graduating as Master in Project Management.Collaborated with the Environmental and Sustainability team of Sonae Arauco business group, whose vision is to create wood-based solutions for a better life and planet, in the development of its Carbon Management Strategy to achieve Carbon Neutrality: • Support and assessment in the design and defition process of the Organizations' Sustainability Strategy and roadmap. • Collaborated and built relationships across environmental, supply chain, and energy departments. • Communications for project status and engagement requirements to key stakeholders and senior leadership. • Development of a multi-country competitive analysis of requirements and regulations, identifying best practices from assessments• Development of the project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Development of the Talent Management and Succession Planning Strategy across LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, and the US).• Design of a Global Leadership model and program for the company, gathering the talent requirements and strategic perspectives to be included.• Assess and implement optimization opportunities for the HR processes and performance management systems, including an ERP migration and SuccessFactors (SAP) implementation.
