5 years as Team Leader (Security Supervisor) / Key holder, Mobile Response Main duties include:-• Securing and protecting the premises, property, staff and customers • The daily management, mentoring , supervision and strategic positioning of a team of 5 Security Guards • Managing Customer Expectations, providing high standard of customer service and establishing good rapport with all of the building users while working closely with the Customer Service and Facility Management teams• Ensuring risk reduction for Staff and Customers by preventing conflict and displaying high standards of security awareness• Eliminating risk of offensive weapons by effective searching of visitors• Providing effective security presence and intervention.• Ensuring compliance with all internal procedures, site processes and external bodies including enforcement agencies are met.
