As the Associate Director of Learning Systems and leader of a training operations team (a cross-functional team of 6 employees), we are responsible for supporting a larger training department. Our department is tasked with developing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives for multi-channel distribution. Our largest task is enabling the CMS (Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services) required education & certification of 110,000 sales agents every year.Within the operations team we have four pillars of work:1. We manage the data and analytics of the department that including: maintaining/creating reporting around specific KPIs (key performance indicators), onboarding performance, operational dashboards, and survey response/analysis. 2. We administer the content lifecycle for the department from submission, approval, and publishing onto our Learning Management System (LMS). 3. We ensure proper recordkeeping of the federally required agent data and monitor the automated process associated with it. 4. Create/maintain business tools (like a request tracking system) to improve internal business processes with automation and data collection.

● Designed and standardized daily sales reports seen by 500+ sales leaders across the company.● Led a team of professionals to develop sales activity tracking tools and process automation.● Established an internal online Office365 user group that grew to over 500 participants. This included a 30-minute webinar that trained a different topic weekly.● Devised and designed the Covid Re-Entry process resulting in automated reporting that presented Covid data for 3,200 counties. Presented to senior level leaders weekly with trend analysis and reporting. ● Strategically planned and executed the Office365 migration for Humana MarketPoint which included communicating with 3,000+ users and planning a migration for 200+ SharePoint sites.

● Administrated the SharePoint strategy for Humana MarketPoint (3,000 users & 60+ SP Sites).● Managed a SharePoint developer to address growing business needs of the organization.● Developed critical custom business tools (Most notable: an agent event tool that tracked 10,000 sales events per year including custom reporting for leaders).● Led a bi-monthly 2 Day SharePoint Administrator class as a training facilitator for 4 years.

Reported to a Manager of technical support who oversaw the Document Certification Process. Our team was responsible for all large scale software installation projects including MS Windows Updates.

Imaged PCs, completed installation requests, and learned different SQL reporting needs and how to track and troubleshoot across an enterprise environment.

Reported to the Assistant Director of Residence Life, who managed all Hall Directors.Job Functions- Responsible for managing a resident hall facility with 200 resident students and managing a team of 4 Resident Assistants.
