After graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN with my MBA, I worked for Deloitte & Touche in their Financial Advisory Services practice. Following that, I specialized in regulatory accounting for a privately-held water/sewer utility company.For the next three years, I was Director of Operations & Marketing for Splash Zone Water Park in Wildwood, NJ. This role required involvement in every aspect of operating the park including human resources, scheduling employees, ride safety and first aid, cash control and guest services, food service and general management. I was involved, as a member of WB Resorts Development, LLC, in an endeavor to develop a 400+ room indoor water park hotel/resort in North WIldwood, NJ.Following that, I was hired as the first full-time employee of Baratz Financial Services, LLC in Marlton, NJ. As financial planners, we worked with individuals to help them realize their current and future financial goals. We also set up and advise on employer-sponsored retirement plans. During my time with Baratz Financial Services, I transitioned from a support role to a lead advisor with primary client responsibility. When Baratz Financial Services, LLC entered into a merger agreement to form a new entity called CORACapital Advisors, LLC, I was invited to be a founding partner.In July of 2017, after almost 10 years with Baratz Financial Services, LLC and CORA Capital Advisors, LLC, I founded Zenith along with my partner, Matt Reakus. As a group of companies including Zenith Tax & Accounting, LLC and Zenith Financial Group, LLC.Zenith was founded with the idea of providing seamless and integrated service to clients including Personal Financial Planning, Tax Services and Investment Management. Utilizing a planning-first approach, Zenith meets each client as an individual. We take the time to understand every person’s unique challenges and opportunities so that we can craft solutions to meet their goals and remove complexity from their lives.
