Everflex is an online, 24/7, evidence-based platform and Home Exercise Program (HEP) that can improve patient outcomes by offering individualized treatment programs including full-length video exercises that are based on pain or injury for the 23 most commonly reported musculoskeletal issues. We are an affordable, cost-saving solution guiding individuals to the right care at the right time - before an injury becomes a bigger issue that leads to surgery and/or opioid use. We have been reviewed and verified by the American Physical Therapy Association, Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, and have a team of well-respected Physical Therapists who have helped create Everflex by applying evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a trained volunteer community member who is appointed by a judge to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in juvenile court proceedings. These children have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. The CASA volunteer serves as the "eyes and ears of the court," making sure that the needs of each child are met, with the goal of ensuring that these children grow up in a safe, caring environment.
