As an Insurance Specialist at Meridian Bank, I play a vital role in facilitating the seamless processing of loan applications while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and delivering exceptional customer service. I also assist with the daily operations of the loan operations department, such as maintaining records, and providing customer service. I graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in economics and finance, and a minor in accounting. During my studies, I gained valuable skills and knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles, and economic theory. I also participated in various extracurricular activities that enhanced my leadership, communication, and social media skills. I was an active member of Phi Sigma Pi, a national honor fraternity, and the President of Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that builds affordable housing for low-income families. I am passionate about learning new things, solving problems, and making a positive impact in the community.
