Besides the tasks I already had as an operator I was also assigned a Department to manage its network and computer infrastructure: about 40-50 computers + students + teachers

I worked at the Computer Center of FCUL. A team of 9 operators plus 3 technicians were responsible for giving support to all of FCUL's community. We solved problems with Hardware, Software, Network, Applications, Servers,etc. Our Center also managed all the Faculty's network and server infraestructure.
