As my time as President- Responsible for all aspects for an honorary that consists of 50+ Hispanic Business Students, from the planning and running of general meetings, to the oversight of professional, social, community service and fundraising events- Won the Eller Undergraduate FESO #1 Outstanding Club Award As my time as VP of Finance-Accountable for the upkeep of the organizations finances which include balances and financial statements-Responsible for the collection of Dues from members to ensure the financial health of the organization-Oversee any and all fundraiser's that the organization conducts

-Display of Customer Service to meet the demands and needs of students searching academic and career tools-Responsible for the opening and closing of the Eller Undergraduate Office-Maintained effective communication within my team

- Recruited over 40 students to be a part of a Freshman Experience Program that helps develop first year students academically and professionally.- Assisted in running the general meetings as well as the board meetings- Provided mentorship to 3 Freshman Hispanic students

-Oversaw the recruitment and development of 22 Pre-Business Hispanic Freshman during their first and second semester at the University of Arizona-Responsible for the coordination of events held between both the Eller Hispanic Honorary and Leadership Empowerment & Academic Development (LEAD) Program.

-Networked with Individuals from several career fields such as Tax and Assurance within the Phoenix Office to gain insight into potential career paths.-Attended a client and office visit where I gained perspective on the culture and the day to day operations of the Phoenix Office-Collaborated with 4 other Pre-Business students on the PwC Case Competition 2018 to create a method in turning qualitative data into quantitative data.

-Engaged in a Fresman Pre-Business development club that focused around diversity of Hispanics and African American cultures in the Eller College-Developed and refined Professional, Personal, and Academic skills as I attended weekly meetings-Led my team in the Altria Sports Drink Case Competition as my team oresented a business plan in front of a panel of judges
