Special features: tenant generator and UPS backup for critical services to maintain operation in case of power failure. Designed and delivered in compressed timeframe to meet Clients’ fixed move-in date.- 447 Collins Street, Melbourne – 3 floor, 6,825 sqm, HWL Fitout: Project leadership and mechanical design for fitout in new construction building including partial integration design submission to base building (Currently under construction).- 200 Adelaide Street, Brisbane – 3 floor, 3,600 sqm (NLA), landlord mechanical upgrade in heritagearchitectural building to accommodate increased odensity of 1 person / 8 sqm.
