Ability to effectively interact with customers (sales), scope damaged areas and then review a written estimate (Xactimate).Computer literacy and able to update the status of claims and jobs daily.Knowledge of restoration procedures (Emergency services, water damage, drying) and construction.Client, Personnel, Sub involvement -obtain bids, material choices, progress communication, problem resolution, negotiating. Return client phone calls daily.Follow through with the field staff as to budget and production.Prepare change orders/supplements when necessary.On-call rotation and respond to Emergency Service (ES) Calls (nights/weekends on a schedule).Employ and enforce ES procedures - dispatch, training, supervision, and response.Quality control visits and site inspections for job progress, safety review and enforcement of standards and procedures.Do a final walkthrough on the job and obtain a certificate of satisfaction from the customer.Responsible along with lead and production department for profitability on job and customer satisfaction.Ability to perform physical demands and be in necessary work environments.Certification in Fire/Smoke/Water/Mold damage restoration recommended.
