Hired as the sole designer for a local company in Parker, Colorado. Our Family Jewels, Inc. was owned by a dentist. He specialized in high quality hygiene products for the most part with a few subsidiaries that are not hygiene related. While there I performed all the graphic needs for any and all of the subsidiary companies (Bling Dental Products, The Dollar Toothbrush Club, Smile High Dental Spa, Peak Oral Care, Slyd Personal Lubricant, & Frye Skateboards). Responsibilities would include: branding for new products through thorough exploration, communication with the manufacturer overseas to obtain the proper template size or design, begin to build the product package design based on the scheme and branding set to move forward with, often times taking photographs of the product to be placed on the final design, more often then not it was not the final version either so photoshopping it to make it look like the final product that will come in the package, then preparing the rest of the details on package including the proper warning labels and information, sending the files off to the manufacturer for printing and mass production, when the products were being manufacturers building the landing page for the website so customers can access and shop the new product upon arrival, once the warehouse was full of the product then creating marketing and promotional materials to coincide with sales, offers, or general updates to the product page. I did this for multiple products across all of the subsidiary brands. Any design needs that were necessary, I performed all of them.

After my Castle Rock location lost it's funding and was closed, I returned to Full-time Assistant Manager in Parker. After getting a job at another local Parker business running all of their graphic design needs, I decided to step away from the board shop to pursue my career in graphic design.

Manager of a local skateboard and snowboard shop. I was in charge of the graphics branch of 720 Boardshop. I produced any of the graphic needs for the 3 shops that were open at the time (Parker, Southglenn, and Castle Rock). This consisted of branding, business card design, promotion design, advertising, coupons, sales flyer design, contests designs, in store displays, shop stickers, custom stickers, apparel design, hat design, and skateboard deck design.

Assistant Manager in a local skateboard and snowboard shop. Daily duties included: taking care of customers, tagging and stocking new product, organizing existing product, cleaning the shop, taking out trash. I also brought graphic design experience, I would freelance design projects as needed. In the shop I was also in charge of operating the vinyl sticker cutting machine to create shop logos for handing out. I would design new graphics that could be then cut in large quantities to be used as shop promotion.
