David is a highly experienced ethics and compliance professional, who leads investigations, compliance initiatives, and risk mitigation efforts globally. He has worked for both US and Canadian companies and organizations with a global footprint. His diverse career includes working as PwC Big-4 forensic investigations consultant to various industries; working in industry for a Canada's largest public engineering and construction company, and most recently working for a global non-profit humanitarian aid organization. He has extensive international experience and has been involved in many high-profile investigations involving both internal and external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, external monitors, and international development banks. In this senior role, he works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across geographic regions, countries, and departments such as: country offices, ethics and compliance, general counsel, internal audit, investigations, human resources, supply chain, and front-line programs and sales. His international reach and experience during his career to date includes work and collaboration with country and satellite offices of his employers and clients across 5 continents.
