Led the overhaul of the www.ewatchinc.com website. Gathered requirements, developed new software user manuals and updated technical documents for their IP-based Video Surveillance product for web/PDF deployment and ISO9000 compliance.Created a Macromedia Flash demonstration of the ViewWatch software; added interactive functionality using ASP & Microsoft IIS.

Worked on Lotus Notes/Domino development for JFS Litigator’s Notebook© (LNB), a software package used by most major law firms, and enhanced Internet/Intranet product solutions using Lotus Notes/Domino and Web environment tools. Migrated design from 4.1 Notes to 4.6 Notes and wrote/edited multiple technical and user documents such as user manuals, data flow/process diagrams and technical specifications. Prototyped a user registration tool using Websphere and Java.Integrated Internet/Intranet access to the documents using frames and DHTML to mimic the look and feel of the original LNB database design; adapted the core software to incorporate more functionality. Created database linkages and set up servers for pilot project incorporating DECS system and the LNB databases. Designed numerous helper applications using the C++ and Java APIs including a multiple database tool that allowed upgrades across multiple servers with multiple databases and a Visual C++ viewing tool for Notes/Domino databases.Created a prototype for an XML parsing program that transmitted data reports over the internet.Built a prototype for an ISP project using Websphere and LDAP to access the core JFS Litigator’s Notebook databases from the web and Notes clients with continuity of security and the viewer experience.Modified an import tool in Visual C++ to work across TCP/IP and display a text file before importing.

Department of Health Children's Medical ServicesState Engineers OfficeContributed to the pilot program for the State of New Mexico installing Lotus Notes and new Notes database applications for the Department of Health. Facilitated in numerous joint application design (JAD) sessions which involved gathering requirements, system reviews and user interviews; utilized Object Oriented methodologies and CASE tools to diagram and analyze the data. Developed and installed client/medical services application using Lotus Notes and its replication services to facilitate client care and designed multiple systems for client tracking, personnel resources, inventory and database programs. Maintained client desktops, administered multiple Novell and NT LANs in 30+ sites and maintained and administered Lotus Notes mail for 300+ users. Led the roll-out of a CMS application in 52 offices connected by numerous protocols and trained users.Wrote code in COBOL, C, dBase, Visual Basic and Lotus Notes.
