• Product leader overseeing IXL's consumer-focused Product group (Welcome & Growth, Learning Experiences, Learning Outcomes, Teacher Tools, Mobile apps, Content Experience, Localization) and enterprise-focused Business Platform group (Sales Platform, Sales Enablement, Deployment, Integrations, Sysadmin experience, Digital Security, Business Intelligence). • Work closely with CEO/COO to define product vision and strategy• Contribute to overall company strategy and leadership as part of the executive team. • Build and lead 40-person Product Management & Design org (encompassing product management, product design, project management, product marketing, documentation, UX design, UI design, graphic design, and illustration).

Led the governing body of a non-profit with 200 full-time staff, city-wide operations across 12 centers, and $20M annual budget. Oversaw the expansion of services city-wide: doubling both program capacity and staff, leasing and licensing new centers, entering into new communities by understanding families’ needs and earning their trust, adapting program offerings and forming new partnerships, managing organizational growth and change. Ensured organizational and programmatic sustainability: spearheading a strategic planning process, providing feedback and guidance to the CEO, ensuring key hires for the executive team, enhancing financial processes and controls, recruiting and training board members, running effective board meetings, and overhauling board structure and processes.Wu Yee Children's Services is a non-profit early childhood education and family services agency founded in 1977; it is a city-scale agency serving diverse communities throughout San Francisco and is the largest provider of Early Head Start programs. Our mission is to create opportunities for children to be healthy, for families to thrive, and for communities to be strong.Wu Yee delivers a comprehensive range of Child Development, Family, and Provider Services — including Early Head Start, Head Start, and State Preschool programs; the Joy Lok Family Resource Center, child care subsidies program, and Single Stop benefits assistance; child care Resource and Referrals program, provider training, food program, and the Family Child Care Quality Network (FCCQN). Wu Yee operates 12 full-day, full-year licensed Child Development Centers in Bayview, Chinatown, Hunter's Point, Ingleside, Potrero Hill, the Tenderloin, Visitacion Valley, and Western Addition. Each year, Wu Yee serves thousands of children, families, and child care providers in SF, many of whom are low-income, recent immigrants, and/or language learners.
