Responsible for the overall operations of the residence hall community consisting of up to approximately 230 residents in five (5) residence halls (1 traditional building, 4 mansions)Promote and implement training sessions and in-services, as well as ongoing staff development initiatives. Provide crisis and first response coverage for students experiencing physical and mental health concerns, along with emergency and safety issues as required within the residence halls. Assist with the recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation of the Residential Life Staff . Serve as an Administrator on call for emergencies and participate in monthly on call duty rotation.
