I was the founding President and Charter Member for OC LeTip. We were the fastest growing chapter for LeTip Intenational. In two years, we went from a handful of members to over 50! I was given the President of the Year Award by LeTip.

Produced homes sales for the company through various means, nominated and accepted part time position as Farm Team Leader. The following year was nominated and accepted position as Farm Director for the entire company.
