Innova Homes has become a leader in the construction and certification of high performance modular homes in Western NC and nationally. Innova Homes' approach to building has become a case study for the building industry (www.pathnet.com), and is rapidly being adopted by builders and manufacturers. Company operates under Unlimited NCGC license, and provides both General Contracting and consulting services in the WNC Region.

Innovatech Services provided environmental consulting services to Department of Energy and private clients involved with the treatment of radioactive wastes. Services provided included process development, technical design review, testing program planning and implementation, and equipment design and construction. Bennert personally served on the Technical Review Team for high and low level waste melters at DOE Hanford site, directed waste testing programs for DOE Idaho, and developed processes for the manufacture of field scale lysimeter samples for Pacific Northwest Laboratories at Hanford site. These samples were manufactured by InnovaTech staff, and are currently in use at Hanford.
