My passion is in developing creative and innovative mobility solutions for enterprises, customers and individuals with great user experience, real value and efficiency.My initial focus ('00-'04) was in laptop & desktop deployments and support services. This shifted to mobile solutions on smartphones and increasing expertise in mobile device management and support of application services ('05-'16). I have worked in all aspects of the ITIL Service Delivery and Service Support Roles managing all aspects of the IT Services with small and large teams (V1, V2 and V3). My Masters in Computer Science focused in mobile and context based services and the legal aspects of e-discovery.Goals of mine are to continue to work with the type of people I have been lucky to work up to now who deliver real business value and lots of innovation.I explore new ways IT can transform business and user experiences for the better; making the IT investment generate real value and worth to the company.
