Our goal is to ensure that the organisations and groups that serve children and young people are strong, sustainable and fit for purpose. YEF works strategically to bring different groups together to develop partnership projects and share resources and good practice. YEF's focus is on four main strands of work:1. Facilitate centralised fundraising based on a consortia approach in order to access funding from a variety of sources2. ITM Power plc (ITM) was the first fuel cell company to be admitted to AIM. Since the Company's IPO in July 2004, the company has reached the AIM 100 index and became the largest combined electrolyser and fuel cell company in Europe. During my time at ITM, I progressed from being an R&D Engineer, to being a Senior Technologist responsible for the development of new technologies (such as fuel cell systems and electrolyser hydrogen generation units).
