In addition, together with my team, I accompany a customer through a one-year market diversification, where we are responsible for the innovation, industrialization and market entry of a new product.

In my position as Associate. Director, I have dealt intensively with management matters and successfully expanded the clients taken over from my predecessor.By establishing new offerings, I was not only able to expand the range of services, but also make a significant contribution to increasing customer satisfaction.During this phase, I was constantly present on business trips and at trade fairs in order to build up and maintain my own customer base. Through my proactive approach, I managed to acquire two major new customers in the household appliance and toy industries. I also supported the initiatives of my colleagues in the NewBiz area.In total, I was able to achieve a seven-figure turnover during my time in this position.

As a Senior Creative Technologist, I passionately crafted high-fidelity and multi-screen prototypes, as well as Seat Bucks, for renowned clients and OEMs in the automotive and mobility industry. Spanning across the American, Korean, and German markets, I provided on-site support to clients, assisting with stakeholder presentations, user tests, and test drives.My outstanding projects include:1️⃣ A particularly fascinating project involved collaborating on autonomous driving and working with LIDAR sensor data from Argoverse. We tackled the challenge of making decision-making processes in autonomous driving understandable for vehicle occupants to enhance their perceived safety. This project involved processing LIDAR data, geospatial data, and map data, which were visualized in a user-friendly manner using a game engine.2️⃣ Additionally, I co-developed the first version of the 'TYP.1 Seats' (formerly Woojer Seat) with my mentor, along with an immersive VR experience in the form of a seat prototype. These projects not only expanded my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of the intersection of creativity and technology.

As a Creative Technologist, I had the privilege of serving as a thought leader in motion design and executing my first independent projects. In my role, I conceptualized and developed hardware and software prototypes for 2D and 3D environments across all levels of reality.My standout projects include:1️⃣ Supporting a client in creating Voice UX Experiences and developing Amazon Alexa skills, involving independent project management, proposal creation, and ongoing client support.2️⃣ Crafting a brand-specific motion and interaction language for a German household appliances manufacturer. I guided the client through the entire process, from exploration and specification to localization, development support, integration testing, and close coordination with Vietnamese development teams.3️⃣ Handling integration management and testing for an E-Sports Live Event called 'The Race Goal,' where the popular game Rocket League was replicated in the form of a real-life 18-meter arena.Through these endeavors, I continually switch between the perspectives of designer, developer, and technologist to successfully complete projects with outstanding results.

As Junior Creative Technologist I took a deep dive into high fidelity prototyping and started to work with Unity. I learned C#, but also increased my general knowledge of code architecture and code patterns.

I am teaching business design and how to use this approach to come up with concrete product and service innovations up to implementation.

During my studies, I worked as a Lightjockey, responsible for creating and live-controlling light and laser shows in large-scale nightclubs and concerts. My tasks included programming various DMX universes, mapping LED matrices, designing laser shows, and utilizing indoor pyrotechnics and CO2 technology. Additionally, I was in charge of maintaining and servicing lighting and sound equipment such as moving heads, lasers, LED walls, as well as show and pyrotechnic systems.

During my time as working student I focused on 2D motion design. I created various explorations for our clients. Besides that I supported HTML5 prototype projects and started to learn Angular JS

As intern I got my first touch with 2D motion design. In the beginning I supported different motion and design projects and learned a lot. In the end of my Internship I was responsible for smaller motion projects. Furthermore I spent a lot of time in the workshop: doing PCB placements, CNC drilling and 3D printing to create components for our hardware prototypes.

In the ambulance service, I supported numerous emergency rescue operations and was able to gain valuable and lifelong experience and skills.Later, I specialized in the area of baby emergency ambulances, where I carried out missions for premature and newborn babies together with the emergency doctor in the southern region of Hessen.
