I led the tech team from the ground up, expanding it to around 250 people across the country and in our Portugal hub. Our tech squad encompasses everything—software engineering, support, operations, data engineering, data analytics, data science, cloud, and security. We also developed proprietary Loyalty and B2B Marketplace platforms that transact over R$ 1 billion per month.

I played a key role in the digital transformation of the newspaper and magazine business, leading the engineering, product, and design teams. I integrated content, data, and payment platforms to maximize efficiency and scalability, while also optimizing CRM processes and enhancing the end-user experience.

I led the entire technology department, including software engineering, quality assurance, security/networks, support/operations, and infrastructure/cloud. I oversaw all digital product development at TV Record, ranging from the R7 Portal to projects such as the voting systems for the reality show A Fazenda.
