Most recently: Youth Hockey Coach and Training & Development Coordinator with the Anaheim Ducks Youth Hockey Organization, Great Park Ice/FivePoint Arena & The Rinks. Programs span 4 facilities (8 sheets of ice) and coaching roles included various youth age divisions, the NHL's Learn to Play Initiative, Ducks Initiation Programs, Adult and Youth Learn to Play, Adaptive Programs including Hockey for the Blind, Hockey for the Deaf, Military Warrior and "Top Flight on Ice", our program for hockey players with special needs. Training and Development roles included new coach on-boarding, oversight of coach certifications, content manager for customer and staff newsletters and coordinator of High School Volunteer Coach Program.
