In 1985, I was a founding member and president of "Central Appraisal Group, Inc., a Real Estate Appraisal Company which provided residential and commercial appraisal services to the Austin and 5 County MSA.In 1991, I founded "Birchman Appraisal Services"; and today, known as BAS/Austin Appraiser, a real estate appraisal company providing residential appraisal services for the Austin and Central Texas marketplace. I am recognized by the State of Texas, State and Federal Courts of Law, financial institutions, investors, relocation companies, and Professional Real Estate Associations as a Real Estate Expert in matters related to "Market Value" and "Buyer Agency" for residential real estate, and within the Austin and Central Texas Markets.
