• Monitor and resolve vendor and internal EEM issues daily via email/Help Desk• Conduct Weekly, Monthly, Quarter Expense Offset reporting for UA• Facilitate Expense Offset Approval , Negotiation, and Submission on a weekly basis• Assist with periodical re-training of vendors and UA teammates on EEM and the expense offset process• Monitor data between SAP and EEM to help ensure accuracy. • Maintain UA Logistics Manual & EEM specific documents ; creating SOP’s when needed

• Translate data from UA database into customer’s traffic database to provide accurate order information• Organize and facilitate orders with key, strategic and independent customers.• Report daily progress updates to supervisors and managers.• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)• Interact within PKM/ warehouse manager creating customer routing table requirements • Communicate with customers via e-mail and telephone discussing upcoming orders

• Manage monthly shipments interactively within Warehouse Manager.• Maintain up to date logs of customer transactions and authorization numbers• Assist with the functionality of the shipping department through communication and good teamwork. • Conduct daily dock audits, checking for staging errors and misplacement of product• Provide Bills of Lading to drivers as they depart from facility
