In my current role as a Senior Workday Analyst, I primarily oversee integrations, security administration, SOX compliance, and user experience. I create new integrations and monitor the existing 80+ integrations to ensure that they are working day to day without issue. I am experienced with Calculated Fields, Cloud Connect Benefits (CCB)/Integration Templates, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS), Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and XML/XSLT. I manage domain and business process policy security as well as user assignments while ensuring compliance with our SOX controls. I use AuditBoard to manage and prepare our controls, upload annual/monthly/quarterly audit documentation, SOC report certification, and work with internal and external auditors for PBC requests. I am always looking in feature releases for new ways to enhance our end-user experience. Some examples that I have implemented are Workday Everywhere (Assistant and Teams app), Simplified Inbox, and Workday Docs to automate state Wage Theft documents requiring e-signature. As a Senior Programmer Analyst, I was a team member on several new implementations in Oracle Cloud HCM. I led technical configuration for the Employee and Manager Self-Service implementation (ESS/MSS), providing consultation around system capability, building approval rules, and customizing notifications. In the compensation space, I set up salary ranges and assisted with US Total Compensation Statement enablement. I participated in a Global Exit Process project where I configured workflow notifications and created an integration to the Qualtrics survey platform.
