I am a graduate of Kansas State University and have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Software Engineering. Currently, I am employed as a Senior Workday Analyst for Q2 in Austin, TX.I have over 16 years of technical experience, with over a decade of that in HRIT. I create new integrations and monitor the existing 80+ integrations to ensure that they are working day to day without issue. I am experienced with Calculated Fields, Cloud Connect Benefits (CCB)/Integration Templates, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS), Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and XML/XSLT. I manage domain and business process policy security as well as user assignments while ensuring compliance with our SOX controls. I use AuditBoard to manage and prepare our controls, upload annual/monthly/quarterly audit documentation, SOC report certification, and work with internal and external auditors for PBC requests. I participated in a Global Exit Process project where I configured workflow notifications and created an integration to the Qualtrics survey platform. I wrote a Sublime Text plugin that allowed my team to query results for faster troubleshooting as there was no native SQL tool for Oracle HCM Cloud. My largest accomplishment was that I used the OpenAPI Specification to design RESTful Web Services and implemented them in Oracle Service Bus for internal customers to access worker data. -
