Manage a portfolio of multifamily assets to include business plan preparation and presentation, maintaining internal asset valuation models, weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, oversight of third-party service providers, capital plan oversight, business plan execution and disposition of assets.Build excel financial models to aid in underwriting and forecasting. Lead asset acquisition efforts including underwriting assets, purchase negotiations, due diligence, transaction management, and conducting interviews and hiring of operations staff. Lead asset disposition efforts including contract negotiation, finalizing disposition models, calculating waterfall returns, transaction management, and closing coordination.Closely track assets under construction with regard to construction timelines and budget fluctuations. Participate in unit and amenity design review meetings, upgrade decisions, floor plan review, branding and marketing strategy, unit pricing and lease-up budget review. Conduct in-depth market and submarket review of market and industry trends to help formulate asset strategy. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, real estate developers, and other industry contacts.

Shall provide Paramedic duties in performance of the required CASEVAC services services. CASEVAC services are defined as movement of a patient, who may not be stabilized, from point of injury (POI) to a location where appropriate care can be rendered, or to a point of extraction (POE) suitable for fixed-wing/rotor-wing airlift support.Perform special operations medical support providing initial combat trauma stabilization, enroute trauma care, and CASEVAC to definitive care.Applies scientific knowledge to human treatment responses to actual or potential health problems.Documents and maintains patient records of medical treatment administered.Coordinates with operational mission planners for the safe evacuation of the patients from the originating mission to the destination facility.Plans and prepares for CASEVAC missions.Conduct rotorcraft hoist operations. Ability to provide medical treatment in accordance with established protocols under the supervision of a physician.Responsible for performing a variety of unusual and complex professional tasks without the benefit of close guidance.Independently establishes criteria, formulates approaches, and evaluates efforts.

Provide advanced emergency medical care to Contractor personnel, COM personnel, and others at the direction of DS/RSO, including invasive and pharmacological interventions within the Contractor’s Scope of Practice and in alignment with the National Emergency Medical Services Scope of Practice and WPS II Appendix E, Clinical Protocol Guidance. Maintains assigned protective formation position during principal’s walking movements.Drive the lead vehicle, principal’s vehicle, follow-vehicle, and/or acting as response agent whenever required in motorcade or similar operations.Participates in advance security preparations.

Respond to any and all emergency situations that are a threat to life and/orproperty.Perform rescue maneuvers and tactics, fire suppression, first aid, and lifesaving duties asrequired.Maintain and inspect apparatus and equipment.Document emergency responses and patient care.

Provide advanced lifesaving techniques in a remote austere environment.Conduct medical facility assessments to determine treatment effectiveness.Perform ongoing security assessments for mobile monitoring team.Assist patrol leader in route recon and planning.Develop casualty evacuation and repatriation protocols and procedures. Travel independently throughout host nation to lead BLS instruction for client.

Combat lifesaver familiar with TCCC guidelines.Responsible for the training, health, morale, discipline, and implementation of a 6 man mortar squad.Supervise the implementation, maintenance, and accountability of squad equipment.Keep Platoon Sergeant informed of squad status with regard to accountability, combat readiness, education, personnel action and promotions.Plan and conduct Personal Security operations in high threat theaters.Have the ability to lead others and manage a diverse workforce during period in Afghanistan working with Afghan National Army and Afghan National Police.Conduct daily motorcade operations and provided security and escort for staff officers and Journalists to and from meetings with local elders in and around the Garmsir District.Conduct route reconnaissance, route planning, and route clearance in addition to motorcade and site protection.Coordinate security with other PSD teams, assist in planning the motorcade's route, and contingency plan in the event of an attack or other emergency situation such as an IED (Improvised Explosive Device).Have the ability to adapt, overcome, and make sound decisions in a timely manner, in any situation that may present itself while operating in a high threat environment.
