I am currently working as an Acquistions Analyst at Post Real Estate Group, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and actively managing a wide portfolio of multifamily real estate assets throughout the country. In my role as an Acquisitions Analyst, I am responsible for conducting market research, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction closing for multifamily acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinances, and dispositions.I previously worked as an Analyst in Deloitte's Financial Modeling Advisory Practice, specializing in providing clients with comprehensive financial advisory services. I developed bespoke financial models that guided clients through intricate and strategic business decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, valuations, and project finance. Engaging with clients across diverse industries such as Real Estate, Private Equity, Finance, Sports, and Technology, I leveraged my expertise to develop high-quality financial models that are clear, robust, and dynamic.I am a proud graduate of the UCLA Honors College, holding a B.A. in Business Economics and a Minor in Accounting. Beyond academics, my leadership roles at UCLA have been instrumental in honing my ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As the former President of both the Interfraternity Council and the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity, I oversaw fraternity membership, engagement, risk management, philanthropy, and finances. I was also an active member of the TAMID Investing and Consulting Group and Bruin Real Estate Association, where I further developed my knowledge and practical skills in finance, investing, consulting, and real estate.Outside of my professional pursuits, I find joy in watching baseball, playing chess, competing in fantasy football leagues, SCUBA diving, skiing, and playing tennis.
